BMCargo celebra su torneo 11 de golf

PUNTA CANA, CAP CANA – BMCargo, a renowned company, recently hosted the eleventh edition of its invitational golf tournament with great success. The event was a three-day extravaganza filled with surprises, spectacular parties, artistic performances, and thrilling raffles and prizes. The iconic and majestic Punta Espada golf course in Cap Cana served as the perfect backdrop for this event.

Ramsés Atallah, the president of BMCargo, delivered the closing remarks of the tournament. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the sponsors, players, clients, collaborators, and the tournament staff for their unwavering support and assistance. He also announced that the event raised a record-breaking RD$6,223,640.000, which will be donated to the Quiéreme Como Soy, Oír para Vivir, Faces Dominicana, and María Laura foundations.

This year, the tournament saw the participation of 366 players who competed in the Best Ball Stableford format with 70% of the handicap. Prizes were awarded daily based on the net score in categories A, B, and C for men, and a women’s division. The overall winners of the tournament were Marcel Olivares and Cesar Rodríguez (Gross), and José Alejandro and José Manuel Aybar (Net). Both pairs won an all-expenses-paid trip to experience The Champs in Portugal.

The three-day event also featured a Hospitality Tent where winners were awarded and women’s activities, including master classes, seminars, and a marketplace, were held. The celebration also included two extraordinary concerts featuring Rosario Flores and Juan Luis Guerra and 440.
